Purchases and refunds
Purchases in our apps are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by the store you bought from:
- App Store (iPhone, iPad): request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play (Android): follow Google’s steps at Google Play Help — refunds.
To use a purchase on a new device, sign in with the same store account and use Restore purchase in the app.
