Privacy Policy

VMSTA Inc. · Last updated October 15, 2026

This policy explains how VMSTA Inc. (“VMSTA”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website, vmsta.com, and when you contact us. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

In short

  • This website has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
  • We never sell or rent personal information.
  • Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, listed below.

Our apps

Our apps have their own privacy policies, which explain exactly what each app does with your data:

This website

vmsta.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social-media buttons or tracking of any kind. It doesn’t load fonts, scripts or images from other companies. The only script on the site shows our email address as a link.

Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser asks for a page — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — and may keep it briefly in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to fix problems you report. We keep messages only as long as needed for that purpose, and then delete them. Our email is handled by our email service provider on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our email, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Where information is stored

Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support (at) vmsta.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
