Terms of Use
These terms apply to the SayMark app on iPhone, iPad and Android, made by VMSTA Inc. (“we”). By using SayMark, you agree to them.
Provided as is
SayMark is provided “as is”, without any warranty. We work hard to keep your recordings safe, but we can’t promise the app will always work without errors.
Your recordings
Your recordings and notes are kept on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. Uninstalling SayMark or clearing its storage deletes your recordings.
Check the results
Transcripts, and the tasks, dates and reminders SayMark finds automatically, can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.
Reminders
Reminders may not appear — for example because of phone settings, notification permissions or battery savers. They are a helper, not a guarantee.
Recording responsibly
You are responsible for how you use SayMark, including following the laws where you are about recording conversations and getting consent from the people you record.
Not advice
SayMark is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of recordings, data or money, missed reminders, or any other damage, arising from using SayMark.
Apps from the App Store
If you got SayMark from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and VMSTA Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SayMark or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
Changes and law
These terms may change with an update of the app. The laws of Ontario and of Canada apply.
