Terms of Use

Cloora by VMSTA Inc. · Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms apply to the Cloora app on Android, iPhone and iPad, made by VMSTA Inc. (“we”). By using Cloora, you agree to them.

Provided as is

Cloora is provided “as is”, without any warranty. We work hard to keep your documents safe, but we can’t promise the app will always work without errors.

Your documents, your backups

Your documents are kept only on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups (Settings › Backup) and for keeping your backup password and Recovery Key safe — no one can recover them for you. Uninstalling Cloora or clearing its storage deletes your documents.

Check the results

Text reading, smart names and types, and “Hide sensitive info” can make mistakes. Check them before you rely on them or share a document.

Automatic results and reminders

Dates, names, types and AI results that Cloora finds automatically can be wrong — check them before you rely on them. Reminders may not appear (for example because of phone settings or battery savers); they are a helper, not a guarantee.

Cloora Pro

Cloora Pro is an optional one-time purchase through your store (Google Play or the App Store), for the store account that bought it — no subscription and no Cloora account. Restore it on another phone with the same store account (Settings › Cloora Pro › Restore purchase). Refunds follow the store’s rules; if the store reports a refund, Pro turns off and nothing you made with it is deleted. AI features work only on phones that can run them — the Pro screen shows which before you buy. Everything that is free stays free.

Not advice

Cloora is not tax, legal, financial or medical advice.

Help

Help is built into the app (Settings › Help & troubleshooting). We don’t offer personal support.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data, documents or money, or any other damage, arising from using Cloora.

Apps from the App Store

If you got Cloora from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and VMSTA Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Cloora or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Changes and law

These terms may change with an update of the app. The laws of Ontario and of Canada apply.
